DOMESTIC

A shipping fee of Rs– is applicable on all orders.

All orders may take up to 3 – 5 working days to be delivered

INTERNATIONAL

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping yet.

ONLINE ORDER PROCESS

Order on the Planter Home website by selecting a product and clicking on ‘Add to cart’ or ‘Buy it Now’, if you don’t wish to add more items to your cart.

Click on the Cart icon located on the top right corner After reviewing items in your cart click on proceed to check out Fill in the Following details:

First name
Last name
Email
Phone#
Address
Country
State/Province
City
Select a payment method (Debit – Credit Card)

Press the ‘Order’ button to place your Order and get your Order Number

Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email

After the confirmation email you will receive another email with a tracking number and your order details. During the transition of your package, you can use the tracking number to stay updated with your delivery status.

Upon receiving your order keep your Invoice for at least 14 days (as per our return & exchange policy)
